Provincial Training Course on Maritime Judicial Training Course and Lecture 5th of "Forum on Maritime Law" was Successfully Held

On the morning of August 1, Yu Xiaohan, chief judge of the second circuit court of the Supreme Court, gave a lecture on “Maritime Trial Practice and Legal Document Writing” at Dalian Maritime Court. In the afternoon, Chu Beiping, dean of law school of Dalian Maritime University, gave a lecture on "Hot Issues of Contract of Carriage of Goods by Sea in the Revision of the Maritime Code".

Based on the practice of the trial, chief judge Yu Xiaohan shared his valuable experiences and achievements on the norms and requirements of the judgments, the problems existing in the current judgments, the structure of the judgments, and the writing methods of the judgments to the judges, and the reasoning part of the judgments was mainly explained.

Professor Chu Beiping explained in detail the hot issues of the contract of carriage of goods by sea in the revision of the Maritime Code by combining his years of teaching, practical experience and feeling in the revision of the Maritime Code.
