On September 2, Dalian Maritime Court stopped using some functions of OA office system which was used for many years, and began to use provincial court office platform.
In the past year, Dalian Maritime Court has fully realized paperless office by using OA office system. However, some functions of document transmission and matters approval are not flexible and convenient enough. The provincial court office platform just makes up for these shortcomings.
In accordance with the requirements of the provincial court, our court had completed the equipment commissioning and application training of the organizing platform, and the paperless online office function had been more perfect by August 27 including work matters, official document management, official document exchange, people's letter, reading management, supervision management, comprehensive affairs, work communication, notice announcement, official document statistics, daily management and mobile APP.
In the next step, with the gradual deepening of use and the continuous improvement of personalized demand function, work management will be more standardized, service to the masses will be more efficient, communication with the higher court will be faster, and police operations can break through the limitation of time and space, achieve desktop and palm homogeneous office, greatly enhance the level of building intelligent courts.
