In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, stick to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, vigorously publicize the system with the Constitution as the core, carry forward the spirit of the Constitution and strengthen the concept of rule of law, our court, in accordance with the unified deployment of provincial courts, has carried out a publicity campaign on the theme of “carrying forward the spirit of the Constitution and building Liaoning of socialist rule of law”. On the afternoon of December 4, the propaganda team went into Changchun Road Primary School in Xigang District of Dalian to publicize the popularization of law, which was welcomed and praised by teachers and pupils.
