Since the beginning of the New Year, we have been taking a series of measures to fight against the novel coronavirus while continously dedicated to building national first-class maritime court. Remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind, we have no fear but fighting will however fierce the epidemic is.
We made normative prompts and took epidemic prevention measures such as body temperature checks and disinfection on the basis of strategic contempt and tactical emphasis. Here are the photos.
Party Contruction Strengthens
On the first day of going back to work, the party committee of our court organized an activity themed on fighting against the coronavirus under the guidance of Chinese Communist Party. Party members of every branch were required to learn online using WeChat working group and mobile terminal of office platform, as well as to take tests about public protection knowledge of prevention and control against the novel coronavirus, which could make everyone grasp the mentioned knowledge well and improve his ability of preventing and controlling the epidemic outbreak.
Litigation Services Continue
With the mission of providing convenient litigation services and impartial judgment, we’re not deterred by the ferocity of the epidemic. The Case Filing Tribunal has been timely processing cases and complaint letters online, which greatly reduces the possibility for litigants to go out. At the same time, to satisfy the needs of litigants during the epidemic period, we have made warm prompt and posted message about adjustment of litigation services and receiving complaint letters in time on our official WeChat account and website.
Internet plus Trial Helps to Prevent and Control the Epidemic Outbreak
A case was scheduled to be on trial on February 3rd because its legal documents were delivered by public announcement. Considering that requiring the plaintiff's lawyer, who was in Guangzhou, to come to Dalian was bad for the epidemic prevention and control, we hold an online hearing, so as to facilitate the litigant in the process and avoid the risk of coronavirus infection.
Detached Adjudication Tribunal Undertakes the Mission
Our five detached adjudication tribunals ensure that requirements of both our court and local governments for controlling the epidemic outbreak are fully implemented. At the same time, they stick to providing online litigation service.
Notices about adjustment of litigation services and receiving complaint letters during the epidemic period are posted on the door by our detached adjudication tribunals.
Law Enforcement is not Deterred
Officers from the enforcement bureau use not only telephone but also WeChat and online service platform to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of litigants. They make full use of online check and control system in cases that need property query and control. At the same time, they introduce diversified dispute resolutions by using China Enforcement Information Public Network and other network platforms, such as the Mediation Platform of People's Court and Liaoning Mobile Micro Court. During the period, they have been delievering legal documents and evidences by E-mail, SMS, as well as fax to save time and reduce direct contact with the parties concerned.
Food safety is Guaranteed
In order to ensure the food security, we enhance cleaning up of the canteen and table-ware disinfection. Even though we swept the kitchen before the Spring Festival, re-disinfection of all areas was adopted before going back to work. In addition, to avoid personnel gathering due to decentralized dining, we buy disinfectant dining boxes for each staff.
