The 4th Changbai Bankruptcy Law Forum opened in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province on Sept 25. He Xiaorong, president of the Supreme People's Court's Second Circuit Court, attended the forum and made remarks.
He urged great efforts to study and solve difficult problems in bankruptcy work, keep improving reorganization institutions, and strengthen the importance of saving market entities so as to provide stronger judicial services and guarantees for coordinating the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control and social and economic development, and for realizing the all-round rejuvenation of Northeast China in the new era.
The development of market entities is indispensable for forming a new development pattern and servicing the six stabilities and implementing the six guarantees. He stressed that efforts should be made to implement new development principles and promote bankruptcy work on the basis of national governance system and capability, strengthen reorganization and bankruptcy to promote the deepening of supply-side structural reform. It is necessary to enhance legal publicity related to bankruptcy to enhance the public's understanding of the bankruptcy system's value and functions.
