On the morning of January 4, 2021, the first working day after the new year, the Court held a special meeting on "prominent problems in the construction of law-based business environment ". At the meeting, the special rectification work promotion group made a report on relevant work. The members of the Party group, combined with their respective work, made a comparative inspection on the special rectification plan for prominent problems in the construction of law-based business environment. Meanwhile, they put forward the work requirements. President Deng Yan, secretary of the Party group, presided over the meeting and made a summary.
The meeting held that since the implementation of the special rectification work, all departments of the Court had consciously and actively adopted a variety of measures to investigate problems, implemented rectification, and achieved tangible results in the special rectification work.
Deng Yan stressed that we should promote the construction of a law-based business environment with distinct attitude, firm determination, powerful measures and excellent style.
First, members of the leading group should set an example to ensure that guidance and supervision are in place, strengthen the special supervision on the implementation work of the departments in charge, especially the responsible departments, and timely solve the problems of unbalanced work development and inadequate work implementation.
Second, the word "reform" should be carried out throughout the whole process. To solve the problems that have not been rectified in place, we should take strong and specific measures to rectify them one by one.
Third, to combine "immediate reform" with "permanent establishment". The Court will speed up the formation of a long-term, fundamental and effective system to ensure that the special rectification is stable, effective and far-reaching.
Fourth, to further implement the "ten commitments" of litigation service. It is necessary to fulfill the responsibility and promise, strengthen the trial management, and enhance the sense of judicial acquisition of market subjects and parties with fair justice and high-quality and efficient litigation services.
Fifth, the Court will carry out the year of building a law-based business environment, conscientiously implement the requirements of the construction year to be deployed by the High People's Court, clarify the tasks, grasp the requirements, and carry out pioneering work to ensure the actual results.
Sixth, strengthen the summary and publicity work. The Court will strengthen the situation summary, increase publicity, timely sort out and summarize innovative measures and pragmatic methods and highlight the characteristics.
Seventh, to train the team and cultivate talents in the construction of a law-based business environment, take the political construction as the guide, and temper the police officers' political character of being loyal and clean.
