"I never thought that the money could really be returned, and you are my benefactors." Old Zhang, the applicant, said affectionately.

Recently, the execution officers of Dalian Maritime Court have successfully settled a case of arrears of wages for a seaman.

Old Zhang has worked on Zhao's ship for many years, but his wage is not settled in full. The Court ruled in support of Lao Zhang's petition for wage, but Zhao refused to fulfill the obligations. Worse still, it is difficult to find Zhao because of his doppel walk and running around.

Junior Zhang, son of Old Zhang, will take the college entrance examination this year but short of the tuition fees. Old Zhang repeatedly urged the Court to execute his wage payment as soon as possible.

On March 14, there was a clue that Zhao's ship docked in Dalian Bay. The Execution Bureau dispatched officers quickly to Dalian Bay.

The weather was bad, and the sea was windy and rough on that day. The execution officers believed that it was just because of the bad weather that the person subjected to execution would lack due viligance and dock the ship on the sea for replenishment. It was a rare opportunity to grasp. The officers immediately decided to go out to prevent the ship from leaving the port.

The four execution officers set off in a small fishing boat. The sound of wind and waves was too loud to almost cover up that of the engine, and it took 15 minutes to reach the anchorage of the ship.

Identified by Old Zhang, the applicant, the anchorage had 3 ships belonging to the person subjected to execution at the scene. Except the one already burnt down, there were still 2 ships to be executed. The watchman admitted that the ship was indeed owned by Zhao, the person subjected to execution. The execution officers decisively took measures to arrest the ship, and the success of this execution was in sight.

However, according to an insider at the scene, the arrested ship was not under the name of the person subjected to execution, but belonged to Li, the shipowner. The arrested ship was loaned to the person subjected to execution by Li. The execution officers conducted an urgent verification, and after multiple verifications, they could only release the ship.

At that moment, Old Zhang, the applicant, was extremely disappointed and emotional, arguing that the money would not be returned. The execution officers comforted Old Zhang while continuing to conduct patient and meticulous visits and investigations. At last, the execution officers found the ship owned by Zhao was being operated, and Zhao might return.

A week later, Zhao disguised himself and came quietly to Dalian Bay, but his license plate revealed his identity. After receiving enthusiastic reports from the masses, the Execution Bureau organized the execution officers to carry out operations at once.

Dalian Maritime Court is 32 kilometers away from Dalian Bay, and it needs to drive through the city. It just took less than half an hour for the execution officers to arrive at the scene from the moment receiving the report.

The swift action was completely out of expectation of the person subject to execution, and he was eventually blocked by the execution officers on the scene.

The execution officers patiently persuaded Zhao with reason and emotion and clarified the serious consequences of refusing to execute the Court's judgment. Zhao finally dispelled the fluke and paid RMB 10,000 to old Zhang on the spot.

Receiving the money, Old Zhang burst into tears, and repeatedly said that the Court was efficient in the execution work. For a seaman like Old Zhang, it is not only the hard-earned money but also the hope of a family.

Letting the people feel fairness and justice in every case runs through the whole process of trial and execution. Despite the small amount of execution money, the Court still attaches great importance to it and enforces it forcefully.
