Cases involving people's livelihood have always been the "top priority" of Dalian Maritime Court. The Court has opened a green channel to help seamen get unpaid wages since April 14th according to the requirements of Liaoning High People's Court.
Nine persons subjected to execution have been found and another three have been detained since the special operations began. On the one hand, it severely cracked down on the arrogance of the persons subjected to execution who refused to comply with the Court's judgments. On the other hand, unpaid wages of ￥250,000 were successfully recovered to the sixteen seamen.

1. Hide on board
Sun, the person subjected to execution, has been hidden on board for nearly 2 years. On April 14th, the Enforcement Bureau hurried to Taoyuan Port Terminal in Jinzhou District of Dalian knowing that Sun appeared nearby. There were a lot of fishing boats docking and many people selling seafood at that time. In order to stabilize the situation, some plain-clothes enforcement officers boarded the ship first, while others standby. Sun, who was hiding on the ship was taken off the ship quickly. After being detained for 10 days, he took out ￥54,000. Unpaid wages of 4 seamen who cannot get their wages for 2 years were recovered.
2. Chase to the island
Zhang, the person subjected to execution, has been hidden on the island for a long time. The Enforcement Bureau dispatched the key forces to the island to find Zhang at 8:00 on April 15th. After a day of tracking and searching with the assistance of local police station, Zhang was found at 18:00 that day. Zhang still refused to pay the seamen according to the Court's judgments thinking that the Court was only intimidating him and would not detain him. The enforcement officers took detention measures against him after the meticulous ideological work got invalid.
3. Chase to the countryside
Li, the person subjected to execution, has been hidden in his hometown in the countryside of Dandong. The enforcement officers decisively launched a surprise operation at 5:00 in the morning knowing that Li has many folks who may leak information to make him escape or even form a civil disorder. The enforcement officers successfully found Li in the old house of the Li family. Li was frightened by the quick actions of the officers who interpreted the law and reasoned patiently and meticulously, and finally reached a settlement with the applicant and paid the wages in arrears on the spot.
