Besides online court trials, each trial team makes full use of comprehensive network platform for multi-mediation of the people's court. Since March 13, 2022, eight cases have been successfully mediated, and eight cases have been reconciled and withdrawn, accounting for 47% of the closed cases in the same period, which achieves a good legal effect. In the case of dispute over contract of carriage of goods by sea between Yitong Company as the plaintiff and Ruide Company as the defendant, the trial team led by chief judge Xin Xin overcame the impact of epidemic, adopted the online and offline methods, and made full use of various smart court construction achievements to promote the trial and mediation work, and successfully concluded the case through mediation.
